Prices
All prices are in Euros and include 21% VAT, excluding shipping costs.
Due to the fluctuating gold and silver prices, ARMOISE JEWELRY has the right to increase the price on these grounds. This also applies to items you have already ordered that you have not yet paid for. If this is to your disadvantage, you will be notified. You then have the right to cancel the order.
If the recipient is not located in the country of shipment, the recipient is personally liable for any sales tax or import duties due in the country of receipt.
Offers are subject to change of availability and current prices of deliveries, services and the required (precious) metal and are without obligation.

Shipment
Alle bestellingen worden verzekerd verzonden met Mikropakket. Dit kost €8,70. Bij het in ontvangst nemen is een handtekening verplicht. Ik verzend twee keer per week met Mikropakket. Vaak wordt je bestelling dan de volgende werkdag bezorgd. Uiteraard is het ook mogelijk om je bestelling op te halen in Keijenborg of Arnhem.
Indien uw bestelling bestaat uit meerdere artikelen die niet allemaal uit voorraad leverbaar zijn, neemt ARMOISE JEWELRY contact met u op over eventuele deellevering. Als u dit wilt dan zijn de dubbele verzendkosten voor uw eigen rekening.
Omdat de artikelen aangetekend worden verzonden is het belangrijk dat er iemand thuis is om het pakket in ontvangst te nemen en te tekenen. Indien dit niet lukt zal de pakketvervoerder uw pakket opslaan en op een andere manier aanbieden. ARMOISE JEWELRY is niet aansprakelijk voor de aanvullende kosten en risico’s hiervan.
ARMOISE JEWELRY is niet aansprakelijk voor verkeerde levering ten gevolge van verkeerd opgegeven adresgegevens.

Delivery time
If the articles are available from stock, they will be sent by registered mail to the address you specified immediately after receipt of payment.
If the articles you ordered are not immediately in stock, ARMOISE JEWELRY takes up to 14 days after receiving your payment to complete the products before they are shipped. If completion will take longer than 14 days, ARMOISE JEWELRY will notify you immediately. If it is not possible to get your order ready for shipment within 30 days after receipt of payment, you have the right to cancel the order and get a refund.
ARMOISE JEWELRY will try to have delivery of your order, if in stock , after receiving of payment, to take place within 14 days. However, this is an indication and not a deadline. ARMOISE JEWELRY is not liable for postal service delays. If your items from stock cannot be delivered within 30 days, you have the right to cancel the order.
The above does not apply to commissioned work. Usually there is a down payment before ARMOISE JEWELRY manufactures the commissioned work and the delivery time depends on the type of design. Because commissioned work is rarely done remotely, agreements about down payment and delivery are usually made in consultation.

Returns
If the items do not match your order upon receipt, for example due to damage or incorrectly delivered items and you want to return them, you must report this within 7 days via info@armoise.nlAfter the expiry of 7 days after receipt of your package, you can no longer return. The shipping costs and risk of return are for your own account. ARMOISE JEWELRY is not liable for packages lost during shipment. We recommend that you return your package by registered mail. In consultation you will receive a new item, a voucher or your purchase amount back. If you choose the latter, ARMOISE JEWELRY will refund the purchase amount to your account within 30 days after receipt of your return shipment.
If you want to return because the item does not meet your expectations, you must report this within 7 days of receipt by sending a message to info@armoise.nl before you return the item. After the expiry of 7 days after receipt of your package, you can no longer return. The shipping costs and risk of return are for your own account. We recommend that you return your package by registered mail. Let op bij het kiezen van de juiste verzekering bij verzenden met PostNL!: Óók al past uw pakket door de brievenbus, kies dan voor een ”normaal” pakket. Een brievenbuspakketje is namelijk niet voldoende verzekerd, óók bij aangetekende verzending. Neem bij twijfel gerust contact met mij op. Ik help u graag met het juist verzenden van uw pakket. ARMOISE JEWELRY is not liable for your lost package during shipment. You are responsible for the proper handling in the event of loss or damage to a package sent by you to ARMOISE JEWELRY, even if this package contains a return item. In consultation you will receive a new item, a voucher or your purchase amount back. If you choose the latter, ARMOISE JEWELRY will refund the purchase amount to your account within 30 days after receipt of your return shipment.
Conditions for returns are that the items must be unworn and unused and free of damage after the discovery of the incorrect condition and must be in their original packaging.
Excluded from the right of return are personalized items that have been commissioned.

Warranty
ARMOISE JEWELRY articles have a 1-year warranty on construction defects. Traces of use, wear, or breakage of gemstones are not covered by the warranty. Precious metal is very strong and durable, if handled correctly. It is recommended to remove the jewelry during heavy work, sports, sauna visits or swimming. With pearls and certain gemstones, you should not apply creams or perfume while wearing. Silver in many cases turns black after a while (oxidation). However, this is easily remedied with proper care. Feel free to ask about the possibilities to maintain your silver and gold jewellery.
Repair
Having your jewelery repaired at ARMOISE JEWELRY is at your own risk. ARMOISE JEWELRY strives to carry out the repair as well as possible with respect for the existing jewelry. Before you leave your piece of jewelry behind, ARMOISE JEWELRY will make sure that you are aware of the existing defects, the costs, the actions required to repair the piece of jewelry, the risks, the expected outcome of the repair and the estimated time it will take. If problems arise during the repair or it is expected that the outcome will differ from the discussed end result, ARMOISE JEWELRY will immediately stop the process and inform you. ARMOISE JEWELRY is not liable for any damage to your jewelry during the repair.

Payment
Unless agreed otherwise, payment must be made immediately upon completion of the order via one of the payment methods offered. When paying by means of transfer by bank or giro, the date of payment is the date of crediting the giro account of ARMOISE JEWELRY. Payment must always be made before delivery, within 14 days of ordering. Payment in installments is not possible.
After the expiry of 14 days after the order date, the order will be cancelled.

Privacy
When you place an order with Armoise Jewelry, the following data may be requested and stored: When you place an order, the following data may be requested: Name, address, zip code, city, country, telephone number, e-mail address, method of payment and possibly the account number. This data will not be passed on to third parties. The Personal Registration Act applies to this.
ARMOISE JEWELRY is not liable for surfing behavior and the provision of personal data by minors.
ARMOISE JEWELRY respects the privacy of online visitors to its website and is the sole owner of the information obtained through this website, unless otherwise specified. This information is not sold, shared or rented by ARMOISE JEWELRY to third parties. However, ARMOISE JEWELRY is entitled to disclose information about users if required by law.
Information from which the identity of an online visitor to the ARMOISE JEWELRY website can be derived is voluntarily provided by the visitor. This information may be used within ARMOISE JEWELRY with the aim of making visits to our websites as simple and enjoyable as possible. The customer gives explicit permission for this.
Personal data will be removed as soon as possible at the request of the online visitor.
Dutch law applies exclusively to all legal relationships to which ARMOISE JEWELRY is a party, even if an obligation is wholly or partly performed abroad or if the party involved in the legal relationship is domiciled there. The applicability of the Vienna Sales Convention is excluded.

Complaints will be dealt with as soon as possible, but no later than 30 days. If this is not possible for any reason, you will be informed of the length of the delay. Complaints must at all times be provided with the name, address and residence details of the customer.
